Can I drop my dog off early?
Absolutely! Drop-offs start at 7:30 a.m.
How will I know when my pup is ready?
You’ll receive a text and automated call as soon as grooming is complete.
Can my dog stay all day?
Maybe! Dogs should generally be picked up within 30 minutes of being contacted. However, if space is available, your dog may stay longer for a small additional fee.
Do you groom all breeds and sizes?
Yes! We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes and tailor each grooming session to meet your pet’s unique needs.
What if my dog has special needs or behavioral challenges?
We handle every dog with patience and care. Let us know any special requirements before your appointment so we can ensure a safe, comfortable experience.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Grooming frequency depends on your dog’s breed, coat type, and lifestyle, but most dogs benefit from a visit every 4–8 weeks. We’re happy to provide personalized recommendations.
Does my dog need to be current on vaccinations?
Yes! For everyone’s safety, your dog must be up to date on rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines. You can upload records or bring copies to your appointment.
How do you keep the boutique clean and safe?
We take sanitation seriously! All grooming areas and tools are cleaned and disinfected after each pet, and we follow strict hygiene protocols to keep our environment safe and healthy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit/debit cards for all services.
